Humans are the only animal to kill for sport, instead of survival. (book: most dangerous game.) is a good example of a humans mentality. (we have the pack hunter mentality, but lack the code that comes with it.. we hunt not for food but for the pleasure of the kill.) Seeing people fight and killed for are entertainment, is another human warped pleasure, that even today society holds onto. Hard not to find this depraved part of are personality in any of are societies activities... From wars, to TV. We celebritize killers and murders in are society on the news and more. We watch movies, and cartoons where people are being killed, Even the holy bible speaks of murder as a good thing. (so much for being a good tool for morality.) What is it about death that fascinates us humans so much. Is the power over others life that tantalizing?

That is where you are wrong.. Wen you look at the meaning of the anime, you find that I am on topic.. and this is what the anime is trying to get by to be discussed. Look deep and you shale find.. Its not like I would bring up murder, if the anime was about fluffy smurfs.. because it was not part of the plot. But I am talking about the plot.. and so it has everything to do with what i am talking about.

Correct, you must remember this is just the story some of those at Deadman Wonderland (not necessarily prisoners). I don't believe it's trying to make some grand statement about politics, the nature of man, or anything like that. When it boils down, it's the story of two childhood friends, Ganta and Shiro. Don't click this unless you want to ruin the anime: Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide It all comes down to the question of whether or not Ganta can kill the Wretched Egg, and the one he loves, Shiro, in the process.

I also like how the main character isn't like one of those guys who is like a super model and is good at everything lol, I like how he learns as he goes through, and I have not read the manga unfortunately I will need to get it though now haha.
