Why don't you understand the culture difference? If Funimation is going to make something for Americans, they will no doubt take out things that could get Americans arrested. Most Americans would look down upon lolicon, therefore Funimation is going to censor it. I mean, if you really like that stuff, whatever, but don't boycott someone just because they find it to be "too much".

Oh, and may be you should see the anime before judging so hard? For all you know, it could be just awful.

just stated though that funi is going to re-lease it uncensored doesn't bother me either way because I put my pre order in and for those who want to know I watched the show for the plot, strike witches was for fapping.

I was just pissed off because I heard yet another rant about Funimation. Still, good for them, but I don't even care because I'm not going to watch it either way, unless it's really good.

Simple solution, just get everyone to stop buying Funimation dvd's & redirect them to crunchyroll. That way crunchyroll becomes an overseas anime monopoly, & we all get an endless amount of anime licenses with un-edited/dubbed shows. Everyone wins

well, execpt Funimation.

I got the best idea yet.....how bout Funimation just not go after such shows altogether, leave it alone, and go after something different.

Let some lesser known company do it.

that was not my point. imo you can clearly see a girl in the pic.
a underaged girl with a bare mid-riff, in some kind of weird fetish dress. featured in an anime called dance in vampire COUGHCOUGHSEXUALUNDERTONESCOUGHCOUGH Bund, let's not only please the pedophiles, but the gun-nuts too! everybody wins!

also it's not a good sign if i have to take the pic from wiki, because the google images were too smutty. read that last sentence again and wonder "oh gee, why did funi censor this?"

i have no sexual interest in children mind you there is a difference between fantasy and reality but i don't want to start another debate over that, I have just come to terms that people will accept things one way or the other and I am not going to bother chaining ones mind. That aside Funimtaion at the time picked this up during the whole vampire craze in America so they didn't know what they where in for at the time which is why this whole mess started in the 1st place. I actually really really like the anime for the plot and the characters and if "they are not going to since it's been stated now" take out the scene i could care less, I have burnt my self out watching nothing but generic ecchi shows over the past 4 years and my brain needs a damn re-boot.

yeah...cause crunchyroll totally doesn't edit/censor. I'd much rather be able to buy the DVDs anyways, crunchyroll can lose it's licenses but my DVDs will stick with me:P
