A good part of my life I've been fat and overweight and I've always wanted 6 pack abs and i just decided to just do it and
lose the weight. 2 months ago i weighed a total of 284 pounds, i got tired of being not being the person I've always pictured myself to be so i worked really hard and did a lot of research on health and fitness and lost a total of 50 pounds in 2 months and finally fit into size 36 pants

I'm still far away from my journey to show my 6 packs but i'll keep you guys updated!

Anyone who wants to ask me anything on health and fitness or how i lost my weight you can visit my site *i'm still developing it* put in your email in the email box and feel free to email me any questions. I'm rarely on my computer because of work so i'm most likely to respond to you via email because it goes to my iphone.

By the way; i will also be putting in pictures of my progress from day 1 soon, i have to upload them to my computer so you guys can see my progress.

Hopefully i can help you guys who have a similar problem = ] also i recommend the e-book *the truth about 6pack abs* i bought it, gives u great abs excercise routines and tells you some tips on losing belly fat.

Best of luck! and also i want everyone who decides to do this seriously to post on here your before and after pictures =] Hopefully we all reach our goals!

Love,
Eddy

Checked out your link, pure advertisement.

But on a serious note. Someone should make a fitness thread. o__o
I wouldn't mind getting advice on the best work out for back training. I want my back to get stronger >.<
