Ok even rewatching anime is enjoyable on roku. It makes watching anime on tv LEGIT once again!!! Highly recommended. TV immersion is the best folks.

The impression I get is that they have not yet been able to even start development on a PS3 app. One plus is that even if you have the newest PS3, the Roku uses substantially less power. The AC adapter is a mere 12.5 watts, although reviews seem to peg it at a peak usage of only 6-7 watts. As it appears you live in Puerto Rico, you should be able to order one via Amazon. |

Yes, that's my real age.

Can you use your computer anywhere in the world? Anywhere there is a high-speed internet connection without site blocking/bandwidth limits you can use it... Its basically a gutted, stripped down, bare essentials computer with a custom Linux distro called Roku OS. Anything the Roku can do, a computer can do, but not vice versa. Roku just makes a user interface so simple even a caveman can use it. |

I've been around anime long before the start of toonami and I began bittorrenting anime from oldschool fansubbers since 2003. After that streaming anime since the revolution that was youtube. I am tired with dealing with communities, selection boxes, and anything that makes me feel like I am using a PC to watch anime. I've always preferred the old ways of watching anime on the television. It's a nice change of pace to have something that is actually built for the TV from the ground up. It gives me the sense that the anime I am watching from the CR app is actually MEANT to be watched on the TV. I could use the family PS3 downstairs but scaling the viewing size, ect, is all browser based which is what I am glad to have gotten away from. All that and the fact that my bro has a netflix account that he lets me log into. The Roku can be used for other things like radio, music, podcasts, tv eps, and movies. so with all of those other features, Roku is a good deal for many people. |
