I'm 17, born in the year of 1995.
I was 4 years old when I first started watching anime...of course I didn't know it was anime until about age 9 xD
First anime was Dragon Ball. I got addicted as soon as I saw it :'D
Never read manga until 2005(the year I discovered internet)

When I was maybe 14 I brought a Yugioh manga from a comic shop because I liked the cards / show - but I wasn't really aware on what anime and manga really was at the time. It wasn't until a few years later when I got into Naruto and Death Note etc.

I got into it later in life, around 22 I think, mostly because we didn't have any of the channels that had anime playing on it and actually, in high school, my friend read a bit of manga and I thought it was silly. Haha, no she makes fun of me.

Well its sorta funny. I was exposed to anime through Dragonball Z and Sailormoon when I was about 10 or 11, but I didn't conciously know they were anime. Also I used to read the Dragonball Z manga when it came in a comic book form and again I didn't know what it was. So I guess I really started to know and enjoy anime and manga in my early 20's maybe, I think around 21 or 22 was when I really started to watch and read.

I have loved Pokemon forever I think all 90s kids did and started likeing naruto/ bleach around maybe 13 or 14 but it was not until around 16 or 17 that I realized the shows I liked were all called anime and that there were many many more wonderful shows like them out there!!! |

Ever since my dad showed me Dragonball when I was growing up. Which was about 15 years ago or so. And I gradually got into manga which is awesome!

I started read manga when i was i didnt even know what manga was at the time i just saw dragonball z on a shonen jump magazine and picked it up and never stoped readong it. I still have all the shonen magazines from then.

I have been watching anime all my life i never knew yu yu hakusho was an anime.
