trying a balanced team ...

PG-Maki

hardest position to learn in basketball and hardest to play, Maki is the only real PG I've seen in that series who has the game under control at all times, doesn't need the ball at all times to be effective, thanks to his bball IQ and physical strengths

SG-Mitsui

considering he got back his stamina, he is the most gifted shooter in the series, plays with passion and one of the very few guys in the anime with a real 3pt ability out of every position, sides he is a good defender of the few things one could see he just often lacked stamina, which he has back in my assumption here, has proven to handle clutch situations

SF-Sendoh

he is big, strong, has an allround effective offense, can initiate plays and handle the rock if Maki gets covered all the time, basically playing Point Forward like TMAC, he knows when to score and when to pass more unlike TMAC through ;)

PF-Sakuragi

athletesism and strength from outer space like a young Michael Jordan, natural rebounder like Rodman, shootblocker, doesn't need to handle the ball a lot, in the later series developing post shoots and stuff making him like a weak Josh Smith, very quick to give some help defense on the wings if needed

C-Masashi

power, undersized but great shooting, moves of and with the ball quickly, bball IQ is very high, all around best center in the series no question the go to guy for Maki and Sendoh on offense if Eiji is out or Sendoh lacks opportunities even more so

6th men-Eiji

I would let him start if he lays down that selfish playing style, can torch any team or just lock down there best perimeter player, basically he is the ace of the team playing when needed and fitting, through tactical adjustments need to be made

possible 7th player could be Rukawa for his spirit, good d and driving but I think Hiroshi Morishige would do a lot better. He is a force of nature like young Shaq.
