I'm really spoiled but most of the time I don't even ask for most of the stuff I receive. This past week I have gotten a 51" LED TV 1080p, speaker system, blu-ray player, and soon I'm also getting a laptop (apparently I am?) from my father. I just moved in with him a week ago so I'm getting barraged with all this stuff. Apparently I'm also allowed to use any of his cars (which are fucking expensive as fuck) which I was surprised to hear.

Anyways, yeah I'm spoiled and I don't deserve any of this stuff but in the end, I never even asked for it....

By your definition, no I am not spoiled.

On the other hand, I'm currently a neet. I hate this lifestyle and how pathetic i feel, but before I knew It, I've gotten used to this luxury of being rewarded for doing nothing. (Beats my last job as a dishwasher where I constantly got disrespected, and had to work double the amount for 1/4 of the pay)

So you can probably say, I'm a product of terrible parenting.

I used to be very spoiled. My grandparents always got me whatever i wanted. That sorta started it. Plus im the first born, so being spoiled is a given. Now im sorta becoming spoiled again by my boyfriend....but im trying to not become too spoiled.

I'm the youngest of four kids including myself (three older half-sisters), only three of us were raised by my parents, but before I was even born my father made the master bedroom of our house mine and made my two older sisters share a smaller room. Maybe because I'm his only son or because I'm the only full-blood child my parents raised, but for whatever reason I have been given some greater degree of materialistic wealth. They have also been very lenient with me, in fact I don't even see them as superiors, but at the same time I don't do anything to warrant their concern.

So yes, I have been spoiled by my parents, at least on a middle-class level.

As to whether that makes me a spoiled person, I can only say that it doesn't reflect in my personality. I have a good sense of personal responsibility and I don't ask for much (partly because I don't want anything, and partly because I know I'd get it far too easily).

Everything I own has come through my own blood, sweat, and tears, not somebody else's, other than a couple gifts.

I wouldn't say I am, but I do get a lot of things I want.
