Why the hell are there two threads that are exactly the same? Anyway, this is my post from the other thread.

The ending was a bit over the top, but it was a good ending.
The whole purpose of School Days was to make you hate the main character. And it worked for most people. Therefore, seeing that bastard get __________(If you've watched it, you know what I'm talking about) would be extremely satisfying. The entire anime was very psychologically sound and if you extrapolated enough of the anime, you would realise it reflects visceral human nature well.

To the pimps out there who actually thought Makoto was a hero, I facepalm.

At least School Days actually ended, unlike 99% of ecchi-harem animes, which end with something like 'And the happy days of (Insert indecisive Male's Name) and (Insert generic archetypal girl's names) continued forever. The End.

Also, your account says you're 14, OP. Does watching anime at the age of 2 really count?

Once the show was over I felt perfectly satisfied with the results. Makoto deserved what he got and when it was all over I wished it went Higurashi and he died in every episode. Don't get me wrong the show was well written and executed (pun). I liked the show for what it was but along with Clannad I will never watch this one again.

Perfect ending. The two sluts deserve what happened to them. I couldn't ask for a much better ending.

Weird. A lot of people got "shocked", "traumatized", and "damaged" that they had to take time to "recover". Are you people kidding me? This one was a great show! Can't believe they hated the ending.

If your reaction is anything like mine, at first you'll be repulsed, as you are now, but then you'll realize that you feel exactly how the makers of the anime wanted you to feel. So, in that sense, they succeeded; in my opinion you should wait a little bit until the initial shock is gone before you judge the anime, I feel that the ending was very good, even though at first I thought it was terrible.
