I will only reread something if its really really good and even then i have to wait a few months. I do the same thing with movies.

Some books don't make sense until you read them again.

I will read a book more than once only if I had left it alone long enough that I had forgotten major points in it that it becomes surprising to read again lol

I can and I have... James Patterson's Alex Cross series.

And "The Black Beauty" I've had it since I was 9, now I read it to my kids.

Of course I can re-read a book. If I truly love the book I will usually re-read it every two years or so. If the book is one in a series I may re-read it dozens of times depending on how long it takes for the series to end.
I have read all 5 of the Game of thrones books at least 3 times. And every time through it feels like a different expeirence because of how well the books are written. There are so many other series and books I've re-read I couldn't possibly list. I may be a Game/Anime lover, but I have always set time aside to read.

I'm reading Steven Colbert's I Am America (And So Can You) for a second time. and I re-read mangas all the time. If it's funny I can read something multiple times, and even if it's something suspenseful I like to re read just to look for any clues to the ending I missed.

it depends on how long ago i read the book and how much i liked it

the only book i read twice was memnoch the devil by anne rice. only because it was the first book i read and it was the 5th book in the series. i did skip the decriptions of hell and stuff though
