Non-fiction, yeah pretty much right away.
Fiction, I need to wait at least 5-10 years. |

Yes, but what I do more often is reread my favorite parts. There are too many books I'd like to read for me to take the time to reread too many of them. I have a few comfort reads that I reread every few years, but that's about it.

Absolutely. A good book either has important information that I need to read more than once to properly absorb details, nuance, and/or perspectives. Taking time between reading again to look at related material can enhance this process and enrich the next visit to the original book.
Also, there are stories I enjoy reading more than once. The tale has complexity or ingenuity that takes my brain to interesting places and/or the characters were so wonderful I just love visiting them again. C.J. Cherryh is an exemplary sci-fi author who creates marvelous worlds and characters as an example of this It applies to TV shows, movies, and anime, too. Some are really good, but I just have no interest in seeing them again. Others are like a favorite flavor that I want to taste again. |

Yes I can read a book twice, however, only under certain conditions.
I didn't read it recently. It's a good read. Enough so to be read again. I have nothing new to read. |

Knowledge is useless without the wisdom to apply it properly.

It depends. I tend to like to read certain novels at least one more time if I get through it the first time and had a difficult time understanding certain things or parts of the story... I'll finish it, wait a little while, and go back to read it.

Feeling pretty awesome right about now.

I can read a manga like 40 times. But, an actual book... No. I always start it a second time and then just skim through it to get to the good parts.
