Can you read a book twice?

Yes, just depends on how much I enjoyed the book while reading it. If it was a book that I just couldn't put down, then yes I'd read it again. Some books I enjoyed, but they weren't something I was obsessed over during the time I was reading it.

The books I could probably re-read are Let It Snow, I Love Everybody & Other Atrocious Lies (THIS BOOK WAS HILARIOUS), Bound, & The Good Earth (except, this book was a bit heartbreaking, I don't know if I'd read it again).

I read harry potter and the order of Phoenix three times because i kept forgetting what happened in a book. I get easily bored if i read it immediately after finish reading it.

Including some of my favorite books that I haven't read in many many years and only read once.

Plus a few others...So I guess my answer is ya if I fall in love with a book I can read it over and over. I've even finished a book and immediately started reading it again because I liked it so much haha.

Mainly only memorable books, such as the Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance series. And, Manga does not = books. Well, I guess a picture book. But not an actual book.
