For those thinking the last announcement is Blue Exorcist, CR actually has 5 shows they listed on their iOS that haven't been announced, so there's no guarantee that they have any of them or that Blue Exorcist is the last one, especially considering that they have announced shows that weren't on the iOS. They five shows listed on iOS that haven't been announced or confirmed are Blue Exorcist, Nichijou, AChannel, Ano Hana, and Dog Days.

I thnk you need to look again. It was the third simulcast announced.

darn, none of the new shows that I called out ahead of time saying I hoped they would be here ended up here. that's sad. well, i had meant to call out Battle Girls, i just couldn't find it on one of those big anime posters, so wasn't sure if it was really coming out. wonder what "show" anime network will simulcast (assuming they keep up their 1 single simulcast at a time thing going for them). but there's probably enough here at CR to keep me content. hmm, here's my anticipation rankings:

1. World God Only Knows
2. Battle Girls
3. Without Wings
4. Astarotte's Toy
5. Sket Dance
6. Ordinary Life
7. Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi
8. Deadman Wonderland
9. Hanasaku Iroha
10. Bridge to Starry Skies

Battle Girls TP = Inuyasha + Hyakka Ryoran: Samurai Girls? Anybody else think the same?

Also, I'm going to make a shot in the dark here and say that Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi gets really yaoi *retch*

What are the odds of getting the second season of Maria Holic? If CR did that I wouldn't have to go to any other sites to watch anime this line-up.

Unfortunately, the odds of anyone getting a simulcast of Maria Holic Alive are rather low.

While it has TV Tokyo as the primary network, the studio is SHAFT. The last simulcast of any SHAFT-produced anime was back in Winter 2010, when Funimation picked up Dance in the Vampire Bund well into the season. The last time anyone else had a simulcast of of a SHAFT series before that was when Crunchyroll simulcast the second Natsu no Arashi! series the season before (Fall 2009). There have been at least two SHAFT-produced series on TV Tokyo since then that have not been simulcast (the two Arakawa Under the Bridge series).

That said, things can change. Until TAN picked up Infinite Stratos as a simulcast for this Winter, no series that had TBS as the primary network had been simulcast in about 2 years.

I think it has something to do with Media Factory as the primary publisher for Maria Holic. Funimation is the main partner of Media Factory (which explains why Vampire Bund was simulcasted). Note that Sentai licensed the first season of Maria Holic, so expect that Sentai will be the one to license the sequel. Maybe this show was one of Funi rejects. Lol.

Also, I thought that Kadokawa always offers full regional coverage when it comes to simulcast (it was agila61 who mentioned that. Don't remember what thread was that). Just had to wonder why Nichijou and Deadman Wonderland were not available in Southeast Asia. (Sorry. I just want to know. )

So, does anyone know what happened with those leaks & if they will show or not? Dog Days starts April 2nd, & Maria Holic starts on the 7th. But they announced Deadman Wonderland, which doesn't even start until April 16. It would make sense to announce shows in the order they air.

If CR is trying to bring hype with all these leaks & only 13 boxes, they're doing a really good job.

For reasons I cited in this post, it is unlikely anyone will simulcast Maria Holic Alive.

Dog Days is more of an open question, as there are no negative indicators I see for a simulcast. Both CR, Funimation, TAN, and ANN have had simulcasts of anime on one of the two primary networks (Tokyo MX) for the show, and both CR and Funimation have had simulcasts of shows from the studio (Seven Arcs).

I could put a really positive spin on it by saying that it appears every anime from Seven Arcs has been simulcast, but in fairness, I would have to point out that has only been a few shows since simulcasting began.

Keep in mind CR has sometimes picked up a simulcast a bit late. Even after it starts, I would not rule out Dog Days for a while.

I think it has also something to do with Aniplex as the main publisher of Dog Days. Note that among the simulcasts announced by CR, they haven't announced any Aniplex title?

P.S.: Even if they do, it won't be available in my country anyway. Just speculating for the lulz.

I will have to admit it always surprises me a bit when people are totally unware of what is and is not coming for the next season. Do you purposely avoid the news of what series are coming (so as to not spoil the surprise), or is it that you don't know where to check for that information?

FYI, no second Skip Beat series has been green-lit, so don't expect it for Summer 2011, either.
