Whats up all,

Wow. That's all I can say. We've got an amazing lineup featuring 20 simulcasts and apparently we're not done announcing either. This is going to be Crunchyroll's biggest simulcast season yet! And honestly this is all thanks to you guys. All of your support, your requests and messages to the publishers in Japan have truly paid off and made this amazing season happen!

On a sad note, there will be delays for some of the first episodes from specific titles, due to all the disasters that have afflicted the country.

While the Japanese have been trying to find some sense of normalcy and regularity, the looming nuclear crisis and constant state of rebuilding has slowed things down, keeping the entire nation moving at an understandably cautious pace. Some of us will never understand or experience the level of devastation and emotional turmoil that something like this puts on a person. For those that have, you understand first hand how difficult it is to grapple with.

We want to thank everyone for your continued patience and prayers for those in Japan.
We will continue to work with the Japanese to not only bring you your favorite shows on its regular schedule, but to help them cope with this unimaginable disaster.

Thanks and hope you all enjoy this amazing spring lineup!

I'm not that impatient or demanding. It will not kill me to wait for the immediate concerns in Japan to be sorted out. Best of wishes.

The safety of the production staff and everyone else in Japan is more important than a 20 minute episode.
I can wait.

I don't mind delays, expect when they have a very good reason behind them. Hope Japan will get better soon.

And I'm impressed that six of the new titles are somehow worldwide, thats half of the current announced series. Keep it going like that ^^

any chance of saying which series specifically are getting delayed? I'm just wondering since the only one I'm concerned about is gintama since I've been quite excited about its return.

lol that would be kind of insensitive on many levels if it was an April fools joke but luckily CR doesn't usually participate in that.

I don't mind at all
I think everyone understands that focusing on rebuilding takes priority over putting stuff on TV.

It may be the biggest season numbers wise, but nowhere near the biggest percentage wise... Honestly, if there is only 21 total I'll be quite disappointed with the numbers (but not the titles picked up). 25 would be quite nice though.

Delay is more than understandable and even expected in this situation. Japan still has issues and huge problems that can put the country and the world in trouble. So what is the problem with delays in anime? I think we have all to continue praying and helping the way we can, even being and practicing the good old patience.
Hope all will turn to the better soon.

If I don't include simulcasts continuing from last season CR has gotten around 50% of what I wanted to see... however this is a pretty big season so it's understandable.

As long as not all the titles are delayed, although that would even be understandable... in the face of a disaster you have to keep moving... if they cancelled everything there go a lot of jobs and lost money that will help them rebuild, but a cautious pace forward is probably best.

This thread though makes me wonder... what happened to Rio Rainbow Gate episode 13? It's not the greatest show but I did want to finish it... the page says 12 eps and there is no "coming soon" but the 13th was released the other day. Is it delayed here or is it just not going to stream? I'd assume delay but there's nothing on the site even about a 13th ep, which is why I'm even asking.

I'm cheering up for Japan to get better, but it's going take a while. I can wait and I know how to patient.
