I've already seen 07-Ghost like 2 years ago, but does this mean they are making more episodes? I've been waiting for new episodes, for the anime certainly didn't seem finished.

It's NOT finished, it got canceled. It was airing on the Chiba TV network according to a Google search. I'm hoping there's a manga I can go buy just to know what happens?
