The thing I found interesting about it was that there's something happening with Kotetsu's power. It seems to be growing. If you watched the episode, you'd see that his power is somewhat greater than it had been before. The guy (who has an ability of invisibility while not breathing -- which is rather inconvenient -- as well as being the backup guy for Barnaby in one of the previous episodes) Kotetsu was chasing was on a scooter and Kotetsu flew past him in a great amount of speed when he should only be able to pass him easily without the speed. Kotetsu even wonders if his power is evolving, which might happen.

Another part of the episode's story is that Blue Rose may have someone she finds suitable as a lover, and that someone is none other than Kotetsu, even though he's much older than she is. I suppose one of the next episodes will reveal what happens to this particular situation.

The setting of the episode was set 10 months after the defeat of Jake Martinez (in episode 13). It seems that Kriem hasn't made any effort to say anything about Oroboros or her involvement with Jake's crimes.
