So far I have to say Okarin (Aka: Hououin Kyouma) (Aka: Okabe Rintarou)
and Hashida Itaru (Aka: Daru). Okarin's mad scientist laugh is pretty dam funny and Daru is a pretty funny super otaku. Will have to wait and see how these characters continue to evolve into further episodes for me to really get an overall opinion.

By the way, who's the seiyuu of Okarin? He sounds familiar.

I really like all the characters but I guess my favorite overall is Okarin.

Mamoru Miyano voices Okarin. He's been in a bunch of series but I know him from Wolf's Rain (Kiba), Skip Beat! (Shou Fuwa), and Durarara!! (Masaomi Kida).
