Just finished episode 51, and you know if the show had ended right there I would have been totally satisfied! But we are moving on to a new season which is awesome!

a lot of people say it's kinda like gin tama? I haven't watched that LOL This anime is really funny though. Characters have different personalities, weird personalities which makes everything funny.

I'm going to give Sket a second chance... I got 16 episodes in and dropped it since I really wasn't enjoying it. I might have a different opinion now but who knows. I heard the show takes a bit of a turn and gets better fairly shortly after the point I dropped it at.
It just felt like any other school anime but didn't really have much special to it, and felt too much like Gintama.

I love sket dance, I prefer this to Gintama, sket dance characters are better that gintama's characters, I just watched one episode of gintama but it does not liked me, when I watched the first episode of sket dance I liked to much

Yeah, but Sket Dance was heavily influenced by Gintama, seeing that Shinohara Kenta used to work as an assistant to Hideaki Sorachi before he started Sket Dance. In a way you could call Sket Dance the long distant cousin of Gintama... don't get me wrong, am a massive fan of Sket Dance, and am also a Gintama nut

You're right! Sket Dance was influenced by Gintama, I knew that already, maybe I have to watch more eps of Gintama, almost all fans of sket dance like Gintama too.

yeah, fyi, dunno if u knew it already or not, but in both anime there are cross over, Sket Dance/Gintama and Gintama/ Sket Dance... LOL, and in one of them u could say that the authors "possessed" the main character to communicate  |
