I saw the first 2 episodes of this. I just get a headache watching it. Is this slice of life, comedy, or drama? I can't figure it out.

I only saw the first 2 episodes of this. I picked up the UMD for the PSP. Got intrigued, but never bothered picking up the rest.

I would say this is truly confusing. I only saw it once all the way through. My roommate recommends watching it all the way through twice to get the idea.

Really? I thought the premise was simple.
Time travel.
In other words sending messages, instead of yourself, to the past to change events. You can still get a Butterfly Effect and see the changes that took place from those messages.

Revolutionary Girl Utena, especially the movie. I haven't seen it, but Cat Soup looked pretty confusing from the preview I saw of it. FLCL, Lain, and Evangelion have been mentioned.

FLCL may be confusing at first, but makes perfect sense after the first half-dozen re-watches or so.
I think the Akira movie may have left me more confused than any other anime when I first finished that one. The lack of a third season for The Big O puts it up there. Serial Experiments Lain was also fairly confusing, but I think it may have been topped by Niea_7. Alien 9 was also pretty whacked, and I think the unanimated parts of the manga made things worse.

Baccano probably has the most confusing beginning, but by the time you've finished it, it all makes clear sense. But yeah, the beginning is so derp that it's difficult for many people to get into it.
I reckon NGE's original ending was the most confusing; it really didn't make any sense at all.
Serial Experiments Lain was also pretty confusing.
As for newer series, if you don't understand economics, C: The Money of Possibility and Soul Control had an ending that was almost on par with NGE.
