I've noticed some of the best singers are also the more shy personas.
Example:
Ryeowook from Super Junior, he's really shy but he has such an amazing voice

Park Bom from 2NE1, she's shy but the best singer in the group 0:

Isn't that ironic? Idk maybe its just me :3

Ronnie James Dio and Rob Halford have amazing voices and they are not shy.

It doesn't really matter on your persona, it just depends on the many years you've dedicated yourself to singing.

lol I would definitely not call Park Bom shy xD if you watch her in 2NE1TV season 1 and 2 she's very playful and unshy.

I don't know why, but I always views Seo Hyun from SNSD as quiet and shy (even though SNSD says that she talks a lot), but she has an amazing voice.
