You just don't understand what I'm saying. That is your problem. What I'm saying is that we are all one consciousness/body/spirit ever since the creation of the Universe.

Time is an invention that was created by mapping out the movement of the earth so we can keep track of days to centuries as well as the sun cycle. So we can make our days more efficient or be able to talk about the past or future without confusion.

Time: "The indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole."

Time is circular. The past, present, and future are all happening at once, therefore all you are really experiencing is the present moment.

Oh my. To see such a hard topic alive for so long. Well... to give in my 5 cents to discussion I'll say:

In terms of physics time and heat are pretty much the similar thing. In a form of how we conceptually 'know them' we can describe them really well or even use in research but in fact they're pretty much subjective in terms of existence itself.. Just like there isn't really absolute zero in terms of thermodynamics we can also say that there is no such thing as 'present'. In fact then it would mean that time or temperature are non-existent ways to describe a load of other existing physical phenomenons.

I wonder if anyone could understand a bit of my blabber but I tried to shorten as much as possible a discussion I had two years ago during the lecture at University...

Interesting thing is the fact that Kip Thorne quite a while ago by arguing with Steven Hawking about the black holes and the fact that 'none information can be lost' proved in the process that all of the information in the universe can be contained in merely two dimensions. This is mathematically proper but disturbing idea cause then not only time would be illusion but a large portion of what we call comprehension.

I hope I disturbed some minds XD But the matter is 'too heavy' for me to discuss it in more detailed way I guess (there is too much of what scientists know and even more of what they do not) :P

time does really exist and it can not be stop nor turn back and the proof of that is obviously how everyone grows old. that's an effect of time that can not be denied. it is proof that time does exist
