I tend to "throw" rice in my mouth using my fork. I'd grab a mound, have it on my fork, and thrust my fork upward so the rice kind of jumps off my fork and I catch it with my mouth. Then I stuff mass amounts of meat right afterwards.  |

i eat my food really fast, its a bad habit but i do it because whenever i go on break (school or work) i find it hard to finish my food on time.
