Crunchyroll shows it to as many countries as they get the rights to, so if its only in North America, that means only the North American rights were offered. How many of the following Toei shows can you see on the publisher's page? Air Master, Captain Harlock, Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Tamers, Fist of the North Star, Gaiking, Galaxy Express 999, Interlude, Pretty Cure, and Slam Dunk. If you have big holes in that list, it means that Toei is blocking those shows from your country, sometimes because someone else has the rights, and sometimes because some other member of the production committee has the rights to other regions.
