hmmm....
Piercing the darkness by frank peretti is quite good... I have yet to read others tho...
chronicles of narnia is also good... eventho it's more for kids, i still like to read them!
Lord of the rings might be a little hard to understand but it is a good book and a friend told me that there are christian values in it...
But for those who like romance, christy miller series are really good if you want something more relevant...

Im a christian teen and I really enjoyed the series of The Diary Of A Teenaged Girl (Chloe, Caitlin, and Kim). I agree with vtay, Christy Millar is my fav series of all times. I also like the Beka series. Ummmm the books titled with colors LOL ummm I cant remember what there called but they're by Melody Carlson. I am also recently into the series of "The secret life of Samantha Mcgregor" again by melody carlson. If you need help praying or want to understand what exactly prayer is I found "the power of a praying teen" by omartian, helpful. I know tons more books....I dont see alot of teenish books up on here. Which surprised me. We need more teens in here, Narnia does have christian values but it doesnt go into depth of situations or problems that everyone is faced with everyday. Well I guess it does but you have to be really smart about everything it says, like that part when the kid was trying to shed from the dragon skin....very cleverly written. Oh and Im not sure why no one has mentioned it yet. But at sheperd's fold I noticed you can get the bible as a manga...if your a visiual learner I guess that be cool for you. Theres also a manga that goes through everyday life problems as a christian. Like divorce, being ridculed by other people, drinking. I cant remember exactly what its called. But its like something surf....surfs up (?). Okay well add me....im all ears for anything. I really love to listen to peoples troubles cause i find after they get it off they're chest they're happier. XD

Well I am not a dominant reader of books, actually initially came to this in an attempt to find a good book to read, but Narnia, if you are good with metaphors and analogy is great, also Mere Christianity is a good read, even the preface of it leaves me wanting more.

Illuminated by Matt Bronleeme (susposed to be for adults but Im a teen and I loved it)

Christy Miller Collection by Robin Jones Gunn (teen) -noticed in my last comment never said the author-

Becka Series by Sarah Anne Sumpolec (teen) -same for this series-

Anything by Melody Carlson (good for teens and adults she writes novels for both ages)

Epic -cant remember the authors name- (this should be read by all ages it gives such a great new point of view on life and how god intended it to be like, I highly recommend it)

One book I recommend to Christians and non-Christians alike is What's So Great About Christianity by Dinesh D'Souza. It's a book that takes many of the strongest atheistic attacks on Christianity head on and dismantles them and analyzes Christianity from a skeptic's point of view.

Also, I've been reading An Hour on Sunday by Nancy Beach. It's great for anyone who wants to know how to design worship or plans to work in a church.

Finally, there's Churchshift by Sunday Adelaja. A great book about revolutionizing your faith, church and life.
