A note about this 'life seed' that succubi are supposed to drink. since according to episode two, it can be extracted with a kiss, It's not what you dirty minded sorts are thinking.

Still, Fun though this series has been for two eps. The premise acknowledged or not. IS a little creepy for me.

That said, I'm still watching it. but it's not my favourite. The lower rating comes more from the lower quality animation and a (to me) uninteresting soundtrack. Like always when there's only an ep or two in the can, I have to say "We'll see how this plays out"

the last episode was based in a all girl school. She meets the main characters little girl, and a lot of funny shit happens wen every freaks out thinking a human monster was invading the school (wow humans are Ugly!)

Episode 4.

Well this story definitely showed its plot twist. And I think this anime is turning out to be quite enjoyable to watch.

However I have 1 question.

Why didnt the Queen simply fly over to the Dance in the first place? I understand that she had to get out of her regular clothes to fly, but why wouldnt she simply take those clothes off, hold them in her hand, and fly to the dance? Seems like it would have saved a ton of time.

not exactly proper to show up at a fromal dress party in your skivies, particularly if you are the queen.

also maybe her wings aren't good for long distance.

The anime seems to have taken a different approach to the queen than the manga did. She is coming across as more of a responsible but overly busy mother here, one who would like to make more time for her daughter but can't due to matters of state.. what I read of the manga made her seem a lot more of a spoiled, selfish and flighty mom

I meant like she could dress herself up like behind the building or something. Also, I dont think we know how far she flew from where she was going back to the Castle....to her Daughters home.

But who knows, showing up that way definitely isnt very lady like....I guess.

I originally thought Naoya was going to turn out to be Lotte's father....but Im guessing that Lord Sairu or w/e his name is was the actual father.

That would be a shocker xD

The queen might have needed some life seed in the human world and Naoya was the closest male she could find which may be why she could possibly be Asuha's mother, but that does NOT account for why both girls are ten years old and from different fathers. Lotte's house is in the outskirts of the territory, so I don't think it's a stamina issue. She could've certainly flew to the mother/daughter event, but it's unlady like to show up like that.

It was funny how I found out about Naoya and the Queen(i looked up the anime on wiki) before I saw episode 4 ( i had also just finished watching episode 3 at the time) and so while I was watching episode 4 I wasnt expecting them to reveal that bit of information, I was spoiled but i was only spoiled for about 15 mins

Naoya was 13, so how old was the Queen and was she the queen at time?

Also either Lotte or Asuha is older they both cant be the same exact age?

I've been wondering if maybe the kingdom has a problem with Twins. Sort of "makes the succession too messy" sort of issue.

So mom needed to hide one of her girls, opened a portal to the hardest to reach world and handed the child over to the first human she meet. The Flashback she had when she saw Asuha suggests the child was around 2 or 3 the last time she saw her, so she may have handed her off to Naoya when he was 15 or 16.

He's raised her as though he was her father but nobody has said he actually fathered the kid.

I'd say the family resemblance is too obvious, and the manga dialouge of that scene makes it clear he is the actual father (both say "Azuha(riet)'s Parent?" rather than "Azuha(riet)", but I wasn't listening carefully, so this could be translator error instead).. I suspect that episode 5 will clarify. The "dropped off when the girl was 2 or 3" line of thought is explicitly stated in the manga later on, so, well spotted.

hmm that would make sense but the only other reason why time passed so much or greatly is due to fact how much time differs between the realms or that's all I can come up with. It reminds me of persona 3/4 due the fact it seems the time flow is just so erratic between each world, crap i need to order the 5th volume from japan, i just hope amazon jp takes paypal.

Time flow is stated to be the exactly same, world to world, by Judit. It's one of the casualties of the anime adaptation taking massive liberties with the smaller details, but it was brought up in the manga when Naoya returned to Earth for Azuha in chapter 3.

It's a complicated series, and someone needs to do a time line, but I'm sure later chapters will screw it up, totally aside from the changes in the anime. I'm thinking about doing one myself, but I work enough to not have that kind of time.
