A few things are done differently towards the end of the exam arc, then the heavens arena arc is pretty much the same, and a few differences occur in the york new arc. Tbh though I would say watch it all, there are alot of subtle differences that you dont really pick up on unless you see it all through

I got really annoyed by the first half of the episode where they spent it talking about training and more Nen techniques that I didn't really understand.
But they made it up with the second half by getting into the story which got me looking forward to the next episode.

Actually it's just on Hiatus last I heard (someone else I was talking to saw something saying it might be starting up again sometime early this year).
From what I hear the author actually goes on hiatus a lot, Hunter X Hunter had a lot of 3 month breaks in it's writing.

Sounds about right. There was like a 3month break before that small stint of publishing. Supposedly the reason for this big break was so he could focus on the storyline of the new movie that came(is coming? I forget) out.

A movie? Better be good :O. I just have a feeling they are getting stuck on trying to continue their story line. I mean it has gone pretty far.

Hisoka is back in the scene and a pervie scene at best.I love that city of LOve man...woohoo
Anyway about the manga , but the anime still has a lot more material to cover , well hope he continue writting.

I love how creepy they made hisoka in this version, in the 1999 one he was a bit odd and pretty scarey but nowhere near as pedotastic as he is here!

I agree with you there. The direction of the new Hisoka is indeed more creepy in many ways and in depth. Namikawa san is doing a great job as a more lustful conniving Hisoka..
Thats good to know , about the Chimera arc .
Indeed Naruto gets more funding becuase it is making beaucoup d'argent but Hunter X HUnter has been in top ratings too. .
