Sorry excuse for a meal

lets see, usually i would cook myself something but wen im lazy i would:
-eat raw ramen
-chips if there r any
-coffee is fine
-any fruits i see
-or not eat at all to save me the trouble

Wow, that's a more elaborate meal than what the topic title brings to mind. For me, lunch is usually Hot Pockets or a bag of popcorn, always accompanied by a glass of chocolate milk. If I'm willing for more, I mix up flour, butter, and milk plus some flavoring of my choice (sometimes my "flavor" choice is brown sugar).

And yet I manage to stay healthy somehow. I'm sure it's because I consume chocolate with every meal. My heart is only willing to pump liquid chocolate.

grilled cheese chicken sandwich with sundried mayo spread, sliced sauted onions and a dash of cumin and dill weed served with baked potatoes and melted cheese on top with bacon bits

when I'm feeling lazy and want something quick to eat... i just usually grab 1 cold slice of bread and a slice cheese or just eat some cereal without milk...

..... I had a pizza yesterday though, finally. So I think I can be content with just dietary and bodybuilding foodstuffs.

I tried a microwave meal once in my friend's student house, I'm about 112lbs and I felt like I weighed 300 after eating that shit. I needed an apple so bad after that to feel healthy again. Disgusting!! My Father doesn't allow them in our house usually, because we have to cook everything from scratch with fresh ingredients every day or go hungry. If you don't like what's on the table he'll say "Starve then, or go and eat an apple."
