html5 is horrible with video, audio quality with it is crap. Full screen as I know isn't possible with MOST html5 players and its to new.

HTML 5 does not designate one specific video codec, so if you've seen crappy video and audio, it could have been either due to the codec used, or it could have simply been poorly encoded with a low bitrate.

IE9 and Safari use H.264 (the same codec used in most Flash video), while Firefox and Opera apparently use Ogg Theora. Chrome once supported H.264 for HTML 5 video, but apparently dropped it in later versions to support WebM.

When using the H.264 codec, there is no reason at all for HTML 5 video and audio to be inferior to Flash in either video or audio quality.
