Sneeky it's still a stress response. Though I meant more like a natural one not a stress handling method. On second thoughts I guess everything their seems like a subconscious stress response except meditating, journal and walks those are something done with full volition.

I've been told that Kundalini is one of the best meditations you can do. It is what all modern religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism base their meditations after. It's pretty much the grandfather of all meditation, and is directly connected to the oldest known religion or belief system humans know about. It's origin is from the Sumerian civilization dated back as far as 6800 years ago as the earliest 'recorded' history known to man, far predating even Babylonia.

The civilization itself was the precurser that passed down practices that were seen thousands of years later in ancient Greek mythology, and ancient Roman mythology. I've decided to start practicing it recently and I can honestly say, the chants that you hym to and the way it is structured to keep yourself calmed and in a bliss feeling allows you to hit an euphoric state of higher consciousness much earlier than other meditations I have practiced.

When I'm stressed I usually don't want to do anything and just sleep. I also become very antisocial and my room becomes a total mess.
