When I'm stressed I become jumpy and restless. I put my hands on my face, start biting my nails while daydreaming and then shout to the pillow to let this stress out. Then I get a myself assorted sweet candies/chocolates and drink glasses of MILK.
I always thought that after drinking Milk I can get a good rest.

Depends on what I'm stressed about. Lately, what I've been doing is coming up with "exit strategies" as I like to call them. My mind goes haywire and I come up with dozens of plans/options to give myself and choose the best one that fits the situation. Other than that, I usually vent to my fiance, which doesn't always help...

I have a Rubik's Cube on my desk which I solve whenever I get stressed. I also put on trance music to calm down.

Bite my nails... Then sigh followed by a deeper sigh... then have a nonsensical conversation with my wife.. if she's the root of my stress, I play GTA instead or read a manga volume or two. Smoking relieves most of my stress, gives me a chance to think things through.

I get really easy to tick off and I become rather curt with everybody (not snappy, just curt).
I lose my appetite and I tell people things they probably didn’t want to hear, and if people push me too far I’ll lash out and explode, so if I don’t watch it I might start punching things.

I try to keep it under control. Usually just take 5 or 6 glasses from my kitchen cabinet and smash them, then throw plates out the window or against a tree. Then I grab the cabinet doors and rip them out, which means I always try to keep masking tape on hand to put them back in place.

depends on what im stressed out about...to cope it ranging from painting ..venting..music..or just getting away for a while so i dont say or do something i dont mean (heat of the moment)
