After i get away from whatever was stressing me out i start to play my music to help clear my head, sometimes really loud to help drown out any distractions. That and i really like playing my music anyway :3

When I'm stressed I tend to basically plot-out telling off whatever or whoever is stressing me out. I'll be mostly quiet on the outside until it gets to be too much, but in my head I'll just be like 'YOU ARE WRONG AND I'M GOING TO ANGRILY TELL YOU EVERY DETAIL OF WHY YOU'RE BEING HORRIBLE'. If I'm alone in my room I'll probably pace around while think-raging.
