I begin talking to myself and laughing uncontrollably. Oh and cursing! I love the sound of profanities when I'm stressed. It sounds so musical especially when it is spoken with such force it's as if the person speaking them is trying to spell out the word in thin air by giving emphasis to every letter and syllable. Oh man it makes me laugh with glee every time.

I'd say I play video games where I can let the impulses I'm feeling out. So FO:NV, BL2, BF3, Skyrim, or etc....

That, or minecraft. That game is a good stress relief too. >.> I just find myself mysteriously eight hours in the future, with a large castle built, and no recollection of how it got there and where my time went.

If i'm asked a stressful question/s usually my mind goes blank and all I can come up with is uhhhhh welll ummm.

I tend to isolate myself to recover from something stressful
If it's really bad then I go for a 2 hour walk at like 2am, I prefer the night because in a village at that time nobody else is around.

Well it is usually very hard to stress me out but when I do stress out I basically throw logic out the window and have a panic attack. I guess the best example is back when I was twelve I think me and my sister went with my dad to get doughnuts and go too the eye doctor since my dad had an appointment. After we got our doughnuts we went to the eye doctor and my dad left us in the truck but he forgot put the truck in park so it started to back up so instead of me jumping into the front to put it in park I jumped out of the truck WITH MY DOUGHNUTS and I was EATING the damn doughnuts while I was trying to call dad for help! So Yeah, logic is thrown out the window when you throw me into a stressful situation.

Don't worry about it. I live like this: if there's nothing i can do about it and i have no control over it then I don't worry about it. I guess i watched lion king too much as a kid. HAKUNA MATATTA. It means no worries.

Oh wait. cant forget that digimon what was its name it was a green bunny in the Digimon tamers season and it was always saying Momentai!

I just bite the thumb or index finger on my left hand, and if i'm unable to get to either digit i'll bite my lip. Evidently I do this a lot when i'm working through a problem or deep in thought as well.

When i stress i end up doing things i normally do, but instead of doing them normally i end up rushing and trying to get things done faster than i would normally do them, because my stress is usually only out of anxiety, but when it is out of anger well then i just won't talk to anybody and i'll pretty much ignore you the rest of the day
