Nowadays I tend to drown myself in anime or videogames (free from reality). Though videogames can make things worse depending on how stressed I am and/or if I'm playing online. The old me would've made other people misable so I could laugh and be happy.

when technology causes my stress i smoke and drink and punch the wall over and over again till my hands are completely covered in my blood this sometimes gets rid of my stress if this doesn't work then drink and smoke my self to sleep tho if some1 is causing my stress then i kick there ass and beat them up till they are knocked out and covered in there own blood then i use there cell to call for a ambulance then i throw the cell down and walk away and then my stress is all gone

That, or minecraft. That game is a good stress relief too. >.> I just find myself mysteriously eight hours in the future, with a large castle built, and no recollection of how it got there and where my time went.

I think that one day in my life shouldn't cause me pain

I bite or claw at something/someone.
Or watch irrational tv shows and rant under my breath haw that makes NO SENSE. No one is THAT lucky in a whole year.
State my stress to the person or thing stressing me out. If it's a game, I'll rage quit and if it's a person, -pinch pinch pinch- "Why must you be so stupiiiiddddd?? -pinch pinch pinch-

Well, this one time when I was giving a stem cell speech to a Christian class I was so nervous I started laughing in the middle of,

"They can get the cells from skin instead of from dead babies now."

It was awful. I turned away and laughed for another five minutes.

Well, then the game fails at what it's supposed to do, which is entertain me and let me relax. Kinda why I avoid most MMO's anymore, the 1337 attitude that the players get (myself was guilty of that for a long time) made it so it wasn't fun anymore.

Hmm, nervous stress makes me stutter, though that rarely happens. You've really got to corner me for me to start stuttering. In other stressful situations I tend to touch my nose or my eyelids which are general signs of stress and anxiety. Other than that I might remove my glasses to be able to squeeze the bridge of my nose or press a thumb and index finger against the beginning of each brow. I run a hand trough my hair and lean my forehead into my palm.

I might go for a smoke, well if I'm stressed, several smokes and a cup of coffee. I tend to purr or growl when dealing with things, big or small, that irritate me. I purr because of a lot of things but mainly to give sound to what annoys or frustrates me. And then there are of course various pick me ups like sweets, pop, music, movies, anime and reading or writing.

Plow through whatever's stressing me out and maybe it'll leave me alone. I plow through it, but schoolwork never leaves me alone.
