I get frustrated and angry when I'm stressed. I sometimes shout, jump up and down, walk around, get some food and continue with the work that caused me to stress about. Most of the times either the same thing happens or I get distracted by my best friend who's talking to me on msn (don't ask me why I'm online on msn at times like those) and we end up having a f***ing hilarious conversation which makes me smile and laugh and at the moment I take a look at the time I get stressed again...

Seriously I just lie down and try to sleep if I'm stressed out after an argument with my family. If I'm stressed out from assignments I watch anime or go on the treadmill.

Lately my stress response has been doubting myself and mental conversations in which everything goes wrong. Also there's the constant swearing and death threats. In the past I've been known to break things quite violently.

I tend to curse a lot then become very antisocial. Don't bother talking to me or else I'll snap at your face.

I don't let stress affect how I approach anything. I try not to dwell on things, and just shrug most stuff off.

But if I am stressed, I don't do anything physical like sighing or pinching my nose.

I'm generally the same and sometimes I do a minor thing that I know indicates I'm stressed (if you''re a body language expert then you'd know too), though even so I don't like showing any obvious signs of stress.
