If it's work related stress I like go into hibernation mode and just sleep. If it's emotional stress I put on my heaviest music take out my over ear headphones,turn my phone and lights off and I just sit in my room in the dark until I feel better

I usually end up biting my nails. It's a bad habit that I haven't focused much on fixing because I also have the bad habit of procrastinating. I also have chest pains right in the middle of my chest when I stress too much and it also tends to hinder my ability to sleep or eat normally.

Um stressed or pissed? When I get stressed I get pissed and then I start pacing and breaking things. I need to calm down to actually solve a problem.

I do my best work (peak performance) when I'm mildly to moderately stressed.
When I'm heavily stressed I tend to avoid people and pace a lot (preferably outside). |
