If it's work related stress I like go into hibernation mode and just sleep. If it's emotional stress I put on my heaviest music take out my over ear headphones,turn my phone and lights off and I just sit in my room in the dark until I feel better

I usually end up biting my nails. It's a bad habit that I haven't focused much on fixing because I also have the bad habit of procrastinating. I also have chest pains right in the middle of my chest when I stress too much and it also tends to hinder my ability to sleep or eat normally.

Typically I just write a story that helps me work through it. Or I read books/manga/fanfics or watch anime/movies/TV. Sometimes I'll play a game.

Um stressed or pissed? When I get stressed I get pissed and then I start pacing and breaking things. I need to calm down to actually solve a problem.

1. Curse at the person in my head
2. If it's a person I have a problem with, I'll flip off the area they were in once they've left
3. Be irritated at everyone
4. Listen to music
5. Play a violent video game
6. Watch a funny show
7. Hang out with/talk to my very cheerful friend

The last three have never failed to calm me down.

1. Curse that person from behind or in my mind
2. Start punching the walls
3. Yell as loud as I can
4. Lock myself in my room for hours.
5. Listen to all hardcore rock songs/emo songs
6. Starts to cry and think negatively

Next day, the cycle keeps on repeating on its own.

I do my best work (peak performance) when I'm mildly to moderately stressed.

When I'm heavily stressed I tend to avoid people and pace a lot (preferably outside).
