So... I am assuming that many of us have heard about the demise of TokyoPop...
http://manga.about.com/b/2011/04/16/tokyopop-to-close-its-u-s-manga-publishing-offices.htm

Sadly, this means the end of a publishing giant... so... where will we get our manga??

...yes... I am sure many of us will continue looking online for scans... BUT...

HOW ABOUT WE BEG CRUNCHYROLL TO START A NEW VENTURE AND TAKE OVER WHERE TOKYOPOP LEFT OFF???

Given what a mess the entire publishing industry is in, while I would love to see some series of Tokyopop's brought back, it's not a good time to try to enter. Borders is currently in a severe restructuring to try to emerge from bankruptcy, Barnes and Noble isn't much better, and things are moving more to digital formats. So, from a business point of view, I'd have to say no.

It would be a good source to buy manga from. Plus a possible extra source of revenue for the site, and maybe that might increase the anime they carry per season.
