Any subject that you have ever or would ever want to study, inside or outside of school.

And why?

Personally, I love psychology, philosophy, ethics, logic and critical thinking, and education.

As far as non-school goes,
I really enjoyed my AED/First Aid/CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Finally, when it comes to self-study:
Japanese language is my favorite subject.

Back when I was at school, I would have said IT (as a computer nerd.) Looking back though, I think it would have to be maths, the language of the universe :)

As for the subject I would most like to study, I would say Japanese. I did an evening course but it only covered the basics (I wound up teaching myself hiragana and katakana) so I would love to learn it properly if I had the self-discipline for self-study

Anything business, but more specifically accounting, and maybe finance. Why? Because it's useful and practical in everyday life. I know all the in's and out's when it comes to taxes, and I've since become a pro when it comes down to getting very generous tax returns. I would have liked to have studied a bit of psychology though, but it's too late for that.

I think it is a duplicate. Wasn't there a poll of this in the poll section?

Literature, english, agriculture. I'm better at writing and translating languages on screen then through verbal and real-time socializing.

Psychology, philosophy, and languages (especially foreign languages and creative writing). If I could immerse myself in those and forget everything else, I'd be incredibly happy. I have an interest in history, geography, and foreign cultures as well.

Also, to a lesser degree, biology and economics. I've always enjoyed those types of classes, though I've never done much research outside of class. I've never been a fan of math, but there were parts of geometry I found to be rather fun.

I can become interested in nearly anything, though. I enjoy learning, and though a class might seem boring, I can usually find some value in it (but there are exceptions).

I feel as though I could've written this post myself! Fantastic. Total agreement.

World history, because it really shows how life can be worse, how humans have gotten very far but also how we can get much farther. I'm especially interested in WW2 and the Russian Revolution, because there are so many morals to be learned! Ruskies and Germans are, generally, pretty funny people anyways.

ps nothing to do with Hetalia; it was my interest in history that made me watch in the first place

Shop class. (Wood, metal, welding, automotive, construction, etc.)
Some form of marksmanship class would be nice but God forbid children understand how to work weapons.

I'm good at picking up new languages, which is why even though I was new to the country, I was passing with flying colours in French. I regret not taking the Japanese classes that were mandatory in my old school, pretty cool, huh?

So I'll have to say that Language Arts, Math and Science are my favourites. I love "content" subjects.

Biomedicine, it's my favourite anyway.

I like the sound of African and east/southeast asian cultural studies though from Rotisserie.
