Metalshop for sure is one. Took it in middle school, but the teacher did 95% of the work for us & the teacher was a total badass. Took Metalshop again in High School, so much better. Teacher was chill, graded us on whatever we did (I made the Gears of War logo, the Dream Theater logo & so much more & passed with an A), he didn't even supervise us. Just showed us how the machines worked & that was it. He also split his thumb in half when he was cutting a piece of metal & an earthquake hit.
My 2nd favorite is Anatomy. Love how a couple girls & even weak-minded guys faint when we dissect (& we've dissected LOTS of stuff. skinned a pig, dissected sheep brain, sheep heart, sheep eyeball, dissected & tore a pig in half, dissected a pigs skull & removed the brain, boiled a chicken & put the skeleton back together, we blood typed ourselves, & many more). I especially loved blood typing. So many people too chicken shit to slice their own finger for a few drops of blood, they either didn't do it or the teacher did it.

Any subject that you have ever or would ever want to study, inside or outside of school.

And why?

Personally, I love psychology, philosophy, ethics, logic and critical thinking, and education.

As far as non-school goes,
I really enjoyed my AED/First Aid/CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Finally, when it comes to self-study:
Japanese language is my favorite subject.

I would have to agree with you on that.

Hmm...
I'd say most any science for me, though Psychology and Mathematics especially as my career is going to be based around them.
