it can be one of a few problems, first is your internet speed, second your computer, and third (which is mostly from my experience) is that you're watch at the moment of the countdown. if its not your internet or computer then you might want to refresh the video the always seems to work for me.

Running Rogers Broad band highest speed you can get it cost's me 200 a month for it. Not the internet. I'm running a 12g ram 20 terra byts with all my hd's and a 2g dedicated Graphic card . 1g dedicated sound card. It's nothing to do with my internet or computer. I always watch the new episodes a day later from release it's not that either. So any other ideas whats causing this video to freeze (I'm a professional Gamer Sponsored and all that's why I have heavy duty equipment) I go to any other anime site I do not have this problem (I'm only one on my line hardwired so not another person no wireless so others can't use it)

It's starting to get anoying.

It's a wide spread problem that's been going on for months affecting a lot of people. Check out some of the posts:

It's been happening to me since February and it's extremely annoying. You're right, it's not you, it's CR.

I'm cancelling my premium membership after this months over (because its already paid for). No point in paying to be able to watch 720p when they wont even work properly...Smh @ crunchyroll and their customer service

Try changing your DNS servers. A lot of people have their problem fixed when using a better DNS address. I use to have playback problems until I switched to Google's DNS servers and now I never have a video playback problem, even when watching a show the minute it is released when the traffic at CR is the highest.

Google's DNS servers are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I'm not saying it is a guaranteed fix, but for the 30 seconds it takes to change your DNS server it is worth at least trying as it may hopfully fix your problem.
