Only PSN is down. Meaning, you cannot play multiplayer or go on the Playstation store. You can still use the PS3 to surf the web like any computer. I know this, I also own a PS3.

Some people may have an xbox, PS3, WII but not use the online services or have access to them. Thus this poll is inaccurate towards that goal but accurate if you are just wanting to know which console people use the most. For example my friend has xbox and, internet but his xbox is not connected to the internet. Would love to have crunchyroll on my console!
