STAR TREK v STAR WARS

Right, this is the ultimate showdown.

Which one do you think is better?

I really didn't know where to put this, I shouldn't have put it on TV Shows, since Star Wars and Trek had films plus they both have books and stuff (extended universe)

It was my mistake, I went on this section and clicked on New Poll then I chose "TV Shows" on the drop down menu, but I had no idea it would go to that section, my apologies.

If you would have asked this question before Episodes I-III came out I would have picked Star Wars, but I think it's clear now that George Lucas with a crew of admirers isn't as good as George Lucas with other creative people keeping him in check.

Sure star trek is popular but does it have an unofficial religion based on it? I think not

Heh, Star Wars; the original trilogy, mind you. I couldn't really get into Star Trek.

Haha! No thanks, I know the reference you're implying although that's not the basis for my opinion. If you read Lucas' original script you can see how if he had his way they would have only made one Star Wars movie, if any, and it wouldn't have been because he wanted it that way.

Hahah don't worry I wasn't implying a thing, I just really wanted to say it lol.

Hmm, I might look out for those scripts when I get time.
