So, I *know* the support forum must have a search function but for the life of me, I am not seeing it?

I was going to search for Roku to determine why I am not seeing improved video as a premium user after I linked my crunchyroll account. No improvement whatsoever on my HUGE TV; two out of four Roku dots where four, I believe, signifies 480 and HD is either 720 to 1080. I successfully obtain 1080 when supported w/Netflix.

This would have been better asked in the Roku and Via topic.

The reason you do not see 720p on the Roku is because the material has the be re-encoded for the Roku, and re-encoding for 720p is the last work that will be done. As I recall, it was originally to start in February, but I have yet to see any confirmation it has begun.

When I obtained my Roku at the beginning of the year, much of the material was only available in 360p, so I soon switched back to viewing everything on CR on my PC. At least they appear to have made some progress. If there were a better system of tracking what I had watched on CR with the Roku, I might go back to it for those shows that are only available in 480p.

To search the forums go here, but there is no option to filter only support topics.

And to answer your question, here is a recent quote from BasouKazuma:

Right now we are working to add in the remaining videos that are missing from iOS, Android and Roku. After we finish this up, we will most likely start adding 720P to Roku unless some unforeseen problem occurs.

Thank you, Moose.

Wish I had known the Roku was not currently supported for HD. Never occurred to me that it wouldn't be supported, otherwise, I would have waited for its support before becoming a premium member. I use my two Roku devices, nearly, exclusively.
