The only time I remember my dreams is if it's a nightmare. It's similar to your situation, in that it's a series of nightmares, but the object that makes it a nightmare and is consistently the villain is the same in each one. For me it's someone who hurt me deeply emotionally. My dreams often take place in some real life setting, but then she shows her face and I can never escape no matter how hard I try... She says and does all of the things that hurt me in real life, though sometimes it does get weird or something new happens.

I barely dream.... and even if i did, it wouldn't be a nightmare because I mostly wake up at the climax of the dream... The only nightmare i remember was that i was trapped in a house surrounded with a bunch of idiots, surrounded with a bunch of zombies

I stopped having dreams and nightmares. Or to be more precise, I haven't been able to recollect them for quite awhile now. Most of my earlier nightmares consisted of worms, bees, everyday insects and things I considered 'gross' crawling into my skin or eating me alone, or so such.

I hate bugs.

Every now and then I have a dream where a black man ( not like if you were black but more like a 3d shadow) would be in my house and start killing my family members and last it would start to attack me but i would escape at the last second. Its really weird because one time it choked me and i could feel it choking me in the dream.

It's creeping me out and I have no idea what it means. I'm standing in a completely white room and I'm looking at my shadow on the wall. Suddenly it comes to life, the room turns red/black and my shadow starts spinning around me, whispering...uhm..certain things(too private). I end up screaming, idk why, and it kills me. I've been having this dream for 2 or 3 months now, every night.

I can't recall on any of my nightmare dreams because I never wanted to remember them; to be rather precise, I try to repress those nightmares into my unconscious iceberg. I don't really remember how the people look like nor do I remember what the dreams were about. And yeah, I haven't been dreaming about nightmares lately. I also don't remember any of my previous dreams. Gosh, I hope I have a good dream tonight; though I might have just jinxed myself.

I rarely have nightmares. Most of my dreams are weird, but they're more entertaining or interesting than scary. Even if some of them scare me, there's always some other emotion outweighing it.

ooh oh noes it hurts!

Bad memories! When I was in grade school, I had these horrible nightmares where I was isolated in a white space and I was being chased by this grudge looking lady mother. All I could do was runn run run all white space. Pretty freaking frustrating actually.

Weird part is It started when I was like 7....Grudge probably wasn't even out yet

I also have the occasional dreams where I'd be pushing a boulder up a hill......words fall short in how frustrating it truly is. argh!

luckily these dreams stopped. maybe it was the house I was living in

Hmm, does this ex seem to bring trains in the middle of traffic? You shouldn't construct from your memories and control your woman damn it. It's your dream not hers

Well, I've never really had the same dreams multiple times.. but there was this one dream I had about 3 times and I was in my back yard and I looked over and I saw this cartoon guy, reading a book to a bunch of kids sitting around him. He's a white cartoon made of tired used to advertise them, I can't remember his name or anything, I would show you a picture if I could.
But he was a ghost and you could see dark blue outlining him. Even though he was smiling, it freaked me out. When I would wake up I would start tearing up.

The Michelin Man?

I am so terrified. Really, this is so freaky. I am not going to sleep soundly for a couple of nights.

I know right!? I've tried lucid dreaming but more often than not I lose control and that nightmare happens... I have to admit though, lucid dreaming is pretty fun, and really it's just something I have to practice.

Zombies and a T-Rex haunt my nightmares. Never ends well for me in those, ever since I was a little kid until now.
