There are quite a few shows that I will rewatch certain episodes of (because I love them), but there is one anime I watch at least once every year since it was released, His & Her Circumstances (Kare Kano) - to me this is the greatest anime series eva!!!

Bakemonogatari is the series that I can watch over and over and not grow tired of it.
It is in my opinion the closest to anime perfection I have ever seen. I enjoyed the art, seiyuu, comedy, and originality so much.
I re-watch quite a bit, but I think that the only other series I really like to re-watch is Angel Beats!. It always makes me sad though... no matter how many times I've seen it.
