Depends, cause some manga requires more reading and more looking into than others.

I tend to buy manga that I've already read and I buy it in bulks, so I don't read it immediately. (But I think I do read all of it in one day).

In my case, I wait for an entire series to be out and then I read it when it's convenient (usually during my lunch hour at work). I read an entire series before starting a new one. (I found that if I read stuff as it came out I would forget what happens after a few months so it's just better to read a whole bunch in a short period of time). Depending on the series, this can take a few days to a few weeks to read an entire series. The only series I read in one fell swoop was Yami no Matsuei/Descendants of Darkness because I wanted to get all of that done as soon as I could. I forget how long that took.
