Yep! Cooking is very fun, and eating is my hobby. Maybe I can be a food critic or food inspector, or chef someday. Lol

for the ..

Beef quesidilla
*I took left over bar-b-que ( if you have something else to use and you know you'll like it, use it )
*flour tortilla
*cheese
-- Use a pan and lightly butter or use olive oil and find something to put over it to add pressure.
( I do that 'cause I like mine flat or to make the cheese melt faster )
--Est. time? as long as you want, depends on your crispy desires :p haha
& EAT!

Lasagna and Speghetti
*Lasagna pasta
*Pasta sauce and tomato paste [ I use to make it thicker ]
*Banana ketchup ( 3-4 table spoons )
*Cheese ( I use the mexican mix, so you get 3 different kinds :] )
*Any vegetables that you like. ( I use mushrooms, bell peppers and onions )
*Any meat that you like ( I use beef and sometimes hotdogs and bacon )
--Seasonings that I use;
*brown sugar ( 1 table spoon )
*fish sauce ( a tea spoon )
-- Layer how ever you want. I layer mine with the pasta, cheese, sauce, cheese again and pasta. Repeat =]
Cheese on top ( as much as you want )
I usually bake in the oven at 375 until the cheese melts and its brown.
Spaghetti
For me, its all the same, just different pastas :)

Pasta Alfredo
*Any type of pasta you like
*Alfredo sauce
--For this I use shrimp or mushrooms; 'cause I make this for my vegetarian friends :]
but use whatever you like
*Peas; just for color =]
--You can smash some of the peas and leave some whole. Don't smash so hard, you don't it looking like baby food now [; This is just for texture, for me, it made my sauce a little thicker.
--I don't have an est. cooking time for this 'cause I just cook it until it tastes right to me. Sorry :[
& EAT!

Jja Jang Myun I might cook it differently, sorry =[
*Find the noodles, I think its called jja jang?
*Potatoes (2) ( I use sweet potatoes )
*Zucchini (1)
*Onion (1)
*I use Pork
*Black bean paste ( 2 table spoons )
*Sugar ( 1-2 tablespoons)
*Potato starch powder
-- Cook the meat first then put your vegetables, I drain the fat or extra oil if theres alot :]
Then pour water, until its a little over your meat& vegetables
--For your sauce, take some oil; I usually cover the bottom with it and add your black bean sauce, 2 tablespoons, don't be shy with it (;
Add it to your meat& vegetables thats boiling
Then add your starch ( 3 tea spoons), about 1 tablespoon and for the water I eyeball that. I think it'd be as much as a shotglass full.
Add a little sesame oil ( a few drops )
-- When you finished boiling your noodles, add the sauce
& EAT!

Papaya salad
*Ripe papaya, make sure its green not the redish looking kind
*I don't know how to explain the black sauce in english ( lilvi3t4life, if you know how to explain it, help them out please )
*Sarano chili peppers I think its what its called or the little baby chili peppers thats red, green, sometimes orange.
*A whole lime
*Fish sauce, I use 2-3 table spoons
*Sugar, I use 2 table spoons ( I like mine spicy& sweet)
*Garlic, 2-3 cloves
*Tomatoes ( 1 whole tomato )
*Shrimp paste, I use a quarter spoon
Get one of those smashers, I don't know what its called in english, sorry =[. Hm, if you watch the food channel, you know the little smasher they use to grind their herbs and such together? yeah, that but a bigger size if you can find it :)
-- I smash the peppers and garlic together then I add the shrimp paste then I add the sugar then I add about half of the lime, careful when you mix it, it might go in your eye, like it did me sometimes -____- haha. Then add your papaya and sliced tomato. Add your fish sauce and the black sauce. I use 10-15 tablespoons I think, Im guesstimating :] I don't measure it, sorry =[. Taste it, if it isn't to your liking, add whatever you think that needs to be added.
-- The versions of this is all different, everyone makes theirs differently, so yeah :)
& EAT!

Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread
*Jiffy cornbread mix, you can find it at WalMart :] ( I use 3 boxes)
*Cheese, whatever kind you like. ( I use chedder)
*Those pickled jalapenos you use for nachos :]
-- Follow the cornbread directions, add as much cheese you like, I put 3 hand fulls. I use about 6 jalapenos but it all depends on how you want it to be =]
I add about 2 table spoons of butter to make it rich
-- Cooking time? follow the directions on the box :)
but stick a toothpick or something to see ifs its done or not
& EAT!

Bar-B-Que
*Any bar-b-queing meat you like, I use a regular bag of chicken wings from the grocery store :]
*Garlic, about half of it ( 6-7 cloves)
*Ginger, about a quarter of it if you have a big one, half if you have a smaller one :]
*I use korean bar-b-que sauce, you can use hoisan sauce too, I dunno how you spell it, but you get what I'm saying =p
*Soy sauce, 3-4 shakes
*Salt, 3 pinches
*Sugar, 1 table spoon
*Ground pepper, black or white, I use white.
*Lemon grass, 2 sticks ( you can find it at asian markets =] )
I use the smasher again, I smash the lemon grass, garlic and ginger to together.
Mix all your ingredients together with the meat, marinade in the fridge for a couple hours, I do mine a day before hand.
& EAT!

Breaded fish
*Filet fish
*Italian seasoning, you can find it at any grocery store, I got mine a the 99 cents store =p haha
*Japanese bread crumbs, I found mine at Henrys but I don't know where else to get it sorry but you can make your own. put out a couple of slices of bread til they become stale and get your blender or plastic bag and smash it til it becomes bread crumbs haha it you don't have time for that, just toast it in the oven, dont worry if the bread isnt crispy all around, when you cook it, its going to be crispy anyway
*Eggs, for your egg wash. I use about 4-5, depending on how many fish filets you have. Add a little bit of water, 3 table spoons
*All purpose Flour, so your bread crumbs have something to stick on
-- Have your flour, eggs and bread crumbs and a individual dish. Dip your fish in that order too.
--Add the italian seasoning to bread crumbs
--Add 2 pinches of salt and 2-3 tea spoons of ground pepper to the flour
--Get a pan, put some olive oil, I put enough until it lightly covers the pan.
Cooking time? depends on what kind of fish you have, fish cooks up fairly quick anyway, just keep an eye on it ;)
& EAT!

I hope this helps, sometimes I improvise 'cause I don't have what I need around my kitchen at times
