Breaded fish
*Filet fish
*Italian seasoning, you can find it at any grocery store, I got mine a the 99 cents store =p haha
*Japanese bread crumbs, I found mine at Henrys but I don't know where else to get it sorry

but you can make your own. put out a couple of slices of bread til they become stale and get your blender or plastic bag and smash it til it becomes bread crumbs

haha it you don't have time for that, just toast it in the oven, dont worry if the bread isnt crispy all around, when you cook it, its going to be crispy anyway

*Eggs, for your egg wash. I use about 4-5, depending on how many fish filets you have. Add a little bit of water, 3 table spoons
*All purpose Flour, so your bread crumbs have something to stick on
-- Have your flour, eggs and bread crumbs and a individual dish. Dip your fish in that order too.
--Add the italian seasoning to bread crumbs
--Add 2 pinches of salt and 2-3 tea spoons of ground pepper to the flour
--Get a pan, put some olive oil, I put enough until it lightly covers the pan.
Cooking time? depends on what kind of fish you have, fish cooks up fairly quick anyway, just keep an eye on it ;)
& EAT!
