I'm very proud to have contributed to this great cause. I did so without the knowledge that I would be thanked, and purely to help those suffering in Japan, so to see such a letter be written to us all from the AJA...well, it's a very pleasant surprise.

My thoughts continue to go out to those in Japan and I wish you all a quick recovery. It's pleasing to see the anime community get together and donate in such a crisis [and for Crunchyroll offering the opportunity, of course!]. If we can put aside our "ME ME ME!" mentality, and acknowledge what's really important, it gives me hope for the future.

I salute you all.
