no one piece on crunchyroll? :(

I wouldn't mind if Crunchy get the anime but start from episode 1. I doubt it tho cause Hulu & another site has the permit for it. All we can do is ask the staff that work to get it for us. Since we pay for the anime. |

One Piece not being here is pretty much the only reason why I'm not shelling out monthly for premium.

I don't know about licensing and all that noise but couldn't Funimation or who ever owns the license allow crunchyroll to air the episode weekly without crunchyroll having to sub it themselves? Such as say Funimation airs a new episode couldn't CR pay to air it?

Funimation is a site that dont like others to have it. They want to be the ONLY site so to speak. I asked a staff that does the anime the same thing. Find a way for us to get One Piece from episode 1 - the current. Where Funimation is the one that will sub for us. And for pay members get the new episodes. All I can say is. Talk to the staff again. I wouldnt mind watching One Piece again. |

I dont understand why Funimation dont have better resolution, they have the license to OP dont they? I don't care about resolution so much as legality. Living in the UK means I can't have other shows: fine. But not having One Piece? That's just silly. It's one of the best, most popular animes right now and there's not a place to legally view it unless you fork out for DVD's that have only got up to an arc that was released, what, 8 years ago? As someone else said, the only reason I don't have a premium sub is because there's no One Piece. Give it to me in 480p I don't care as long as I can get a nice sub with the latest shows. I'd actually pay more than 4.99 - if they wanted I'd give them 50 quid donation just to help get One Piece here. I just can't watch illegally. I got up to episode 480 before realizing I was doing something that as a Christian I shouldn't be doing (inb4 hate). So now I'm just waiting for the DVD's with the latest shows - which will take what, another 3 years? Great! Help me out here Crunchy! |

I'll snifff around to see if that's legal. My parents own a home in the USA so I have some rights (ok probably not but whatever). |
