I don't think i can keep up with the badge hunting x_x...... It's not worth taxing my laptop for $100 gift card, but might as well keep trying until it's over

When I started out, a few days ago, it took me only 23 episodes to get all Demon King Daimoa badges, not realizing how incredibly lucky I apparently was. A few hundred Happiness episodes later I still need the last badge from that show. Haven't even begun yet with the other ones.

Tough to keep it up, starting to become kinda depressing just seeing the same badge hundred times over.

Finally got them all!!!

Took me 4 days with 20-30 episodes at a time streaming 24/7.

The guys were really hard to get and I'm sure I had to play more than 2000 episodes....I'm certain I played Daimao more than 500 times.

this seems almost impossible, not to mention one of these anime I can't stand. So far this is where I stand.
-We, Without Wing - under the innocent sky - 2/4 badges
-A Bridge to the Starry Skies -Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi - 3/4 badges
-Demon King Daimao - 4/5 badges
-Happiness - 3/5 badges
-11 Eyes - 3/5 badges
I am guessing there are 1 or 2 really rare cards in each set.

Serious question: do you people that say "your" all the time really not know that it's wrong? I find myself being one of very very few in my generation that actually understands this simple grammar rule. What were our teachers teaching? Seriously. It drives me nuts.

Instead of this horrible badge mining, they should have a trivia question you have to answer to get each badge. That way you're, oh, I don't know, actually watching the anime instead of having 12 windows of it running ignored on you computer.

Hey Grammar Nazi, you made a mistake in one of your sentences. You get a cookie if you tell me what it is

Don't give me that grammar nazi crap. Grow up. This your thing has gotten to a point where most of our generation just doesn't get it. It's a big problem. It isn't people just not caring because it's online. They write it on their school papers too. Someone needs to save the world.

And I see that you're trying to save it. I usually don't post replies, and I didn't really mean anything by the "Grammar Nazi" stuff. However, don't you find it ironic that you also had a grammar mistake in one of your sentences in the first post (there's also a chance that you made a few mistakes in your reply to me)? It wasn't anything major, but a mistake nonetheless. Perhaps, before you start criticizing the grammar of others, you should also pay attention to grammar of your own.

But I do understand what you mean. I tutor English in my school for some extra cash, and well, editing some papers made me wonder if humanity was a lost cause.

You're getting the wrong impression though. I'm not pointing out grammar overall and I'm not talking about the hopeless kids. I mean, I scored 8th grade standardized tests for a few months and you would be amazed. It seems like people just learning how to write. I'm not talking about them though. I'm talking about people who write normally everywhere else, seeming like an intelligent person, and then suddenly we have the "your" misuse. That's why I think it's such a problem. Not because of the idiots that will never get it, but of the normal people who just don't know.

Fine, for the sake of the argument I'll admit that you're right in this case. As you can see, I dislike admitting that I might be wrong. Plus, I was being sarcastic about the whole "lost cause" thing.

And I get the fact that the "your/you're" thing gets very annoying. I guess that because I don't usually make the "your/you're" mistake when writing, it's a bit hard for me to process the fact that some people might think that the way they write these things is correct.

But you see......I'm in COLLEGE right now.......the people whose papers I "graded" so far were either Sophomores or Juniors in college. Some moved into the U.S. when they were kids, and some were born and raised in this country. Overall, these people went through elementary, middle school, and high school. They took their SATs and ACTs in order to get where they are.

In their papers, it was very, very common for me to find the "your & you're," "than & then," mistakes, and also "they was," etc. Some wrote in slang. I think one person even put "lol" in the "academic research" paper. I asked them to reread their sentences and see if they had any mistakes, but they never found anything no matter how many times I told them to do it.

When I talk to them, they don't make that many mistakes, or don't seem to make mistakes since a lot of words sound similar. But once I see their papers, I'm horrified. Almost every sentence needs corrections.

They are the people that are considered "normal." They have jobs and sometimes even take an active role in the community.

Grow up man, I make grammar mistakes all the time, everyone does. Instead of jumping down my throat for an innocent mistake, go pound your bully pulpit somewhere else.

Grow up is my line. I was seriously asking if you know that that was incorrect. I'm actually curious about this.
