I dont know if anyone posted this before but earlier i came into a situation like this.
I was driving home from getting my sisters kids, I needed to turn on a busy street into my complex
this lady on the cell phone was parked in the middle of the entranced and i couldnt turn in
The people behind were beeping and making a whole big deal and then the lady decides to turn out but goes extremly slow n parks in the street
STILL ON THE CELL PHONE.
The she keeps going and waves at me like "thank you" and smiled >.>
after 10 mins lost time i was finally able to get into my complex
Just wanna know what u all think...

YOu think it's dumb or not
i just think its dumb for people who cant multitask...

I would never drive while talking on my cell. There are numerous things that can happen while talk on the phone and driving. It's complete ignorance, really. I would only say it's ok if you're on a really empty street where no one is driving.

Well using your cell phone while you are driving is a perfect example of the lack of common sense these days. Do you have to type on the device that friggin badly?? You can't just wait or pull over? Is the person on the other end gonna die if you don't use your cell phone and call them?

Ether use common sense, or get fined.

While I don't do it or think people should unless it is some type of actual emergency, I think it is odd that people treat it as the only distracting action people do while driving. Many drivers also adjust the radio, eat, drink, look at passengers, check themselves in the mirror, and put on make up. These all cause accidents and fatalities, but we don't hear much of a discussion about them since it does not involve a recent technology.

I agree with that there was a similiar experience with a woman who was putting on mascara while driving and kept swerving into my lane.
Its all annoying in my opinion.
You need to be 100 percent focused while driving >.>

It's illegal. Except when the cop that catches you were texting to you while driving.

Everybody does this. I won't go off saying anyone shouldn't.

It's illegal in California to use your cell phone while driving unless you have a hands-free device.. Even so, I see people on their phones all the time. If they're caught, it's because they were obviously not following that law and will be punished accordingly. If they get cause an accident because of it, it just stacks against them. It's unsafe to do but not everyone really cares. The only way people would actually obey the law strictly is if law enforcement started cracking down hard on offenders.

I hate driving while talking on the cell, but people somehow always call me at the worst times, so I'm oftentimes stuck talking on the phone while driving anyway.

It's stupid. They deserve to get into an accident if you ask me.

Sucks for the other party in the accident though...
