Some asshole guy in an executive car overtook me on double lines (means no overtaking) on his phone and the funniest thing was, we were right next to eachother on the traffic lights later anyway! I dunno why people in more expensive or faster cars think you should yield to them while driving. On the phone as if to say 'sorry i am or what i have to do is more important' therefore overtaking you like you don't exist. I had the SAME experience with a Ferrari except he was behind me on a one way street I was going as fast as i could without breaking the law, he swerves onto the sidewalk to get around me and yes ON THE CELL PHONE. I dunno i seem to have alot of bad experiences whilst driving >.>

What?! That is SO dangerous! He could have hit a pedestrian! Omg, what an utter cock. I have some bad experiences too, I just drive safely and within the law, but that is not some asshole's idea of good driving and they like to think they're better than everyone else. If someone drives too close to you either slow down and let them pass or if you can't do that just ignore them and glance in the mirrors now and then, don't go faster just to please them and just think to yourself "If they hit me, I can sue him so fucking hard."

Thats true i always try to drive as safely as i can, and be aware of crazies all over. Driving is too stressful LOL this is why i hate driving. I actually feel more comfortable when im not driving. I should go green and take the bus ^.^

People who are on their cell phones, in their hands, while driving are just plain stupid. I don't care how 'leet' you think you are in using it while driving.

People who think they just have to have their cell phone in their hands are an annoyance, idiots, and the equivalence to drunk drivers. You swerve into other people lanes. You brake often when no ones even there. You drive in fast lanes going at least mph less than everyone else in all the other lanes.

in California the cops tend to ignore this law unless it suits them. i have seen more cops driving while talking on their cell phones than i can count.

LOL when i was in Thailand, and some guy was being a jackass in a new car (red license plates mean recently bought) and tried to get the right of way, my dad would keep driving, forcing them to yield.
(since our car was actually made of metal, yay jeep.)

And yeah, I think cell phone fines should be trippled,
If you're gonna make a call or text (stupid texting while driving people) PULL THE HELL OVER!

People here in MyJammy, Flo Rida crashes their cars even on McDonalds' parking lot. And, they're still talking on the phone after the crash.

People shouldn't drive and talk on the phone at the same time unless it's an emergency.
They shouldn't be doing anything except focusing.

I agree. I can't stand people who talk on their cell phones and drive at the same time. I'm not being sexist or anything, but I've noticed a large amount of women drivers do this more often. I noticed quite a bit of guys doing it too, but not as much as women. Why do this? Why I ask you? In my opinion, they deserve the accident, ticket, or whatever they get as a result. It's just annoying to me, especially when they get in my way, and don't pay attention to the road.
